Refund Policy
Last updated: November 22, 2025
Thank you for choosing Coshesive. Because our services involve customized creative work, strategy, content development, and digital deliverables, this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
Services Are Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of our work, all payments made for:
-
Content creation
-
UGC services
-
Creative direction
-
Branding support
-
Event recap content
-
Digital assets or strategy
are non-refundable once work has begun, planning has started, or time has been allocated to the project.
Deposits & Retainers
If a deposit or retainer is required to secure a project:
-
Deposits are non-refundable
-
Deposits reserve time, resources, and scheduling
-
Deposits cannot be transferred to another project unless approved in writing
Cancellation Policy
If a client chooses to cancel a project:
-
Work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed
-
Any remaining balance may still be owed if milestones were delivered
-
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, delay, or lack of responsiveness
Satisfaction & Revisions
We aim for client satisfaction and may offer revisions as outlined in individual project agreements.
Revisions do not include:
-
New creative directions
-
Additional concepts
-
Full redesigns
-
Expansions beyond scope
Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
Digital Deliveries
Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds are not offered for:
-
Edited videos
-
Raw footage (if provided)
-
Photos or graphics
-
Strategy documents
-
Branding assets
Failure To Provide Required Materials
If a client does not:
-
provide products,
-
send information,
-
deliver approvals,
-
communicate in a timely manner,
Coshesive is not responsible for delays and refunds will not be issued.
Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may only be considered if:
-
no work has started,
-
no time has been allocated,
-
no planning or preparation has occurred,
and must be requested within 24 hours of payment.
Approval is at the discretion of Coshesive.
Event Based Service
-
Event recap bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
-
If the event is cancelled no more than 7 days in advance, Coshesive will retain the deposit but no additional balance will be charged.
-
If the event is cancelled between 24–72 hours after the booking date, Coshesive will refund deposit.
-
Clients may reschedule, and the deposit will be applied to the new date, subject to availability.
-
If a mutually available rescheduled date cannot be found, the deposit remains non-refundable.
-
Weather issues, venue changes, vendor complications, or other third-party disruptions do not qualify for a refund, though Coshesive will accommodate rescheduling when possible based on availability.
-
In the event of an officially declared state of emergency preventing the recap from taking place, the deposit will be refunded and no additional balance will be owed.
